About this website

This website is operated by Gyandatabit IT (“Gyandatabit”, “we”, “us”). It provides information about Gyandatabit, the products we have built and the services we offer. We aim to keep it accurate and up to date, but information may change without notice.

Packages and what they include

Each package on our Packages page lists what it includes. Work that is not listed — for example an online store, bookings, payments, extra pages or custom functionality — is not part of that package unless it is added to your confirmed quote. Optional add-ons and care plans are never required to buy a package.

Instant estimates and final quotes

This is an initial estimate, not a final quotation. Our team will review your requirements and contact you within 24 hours to confirm the scope, timeline and final price.

• An estimate is not an offer or a contract, and nothing is charged when you request one.
• Prices marked “From” are starting prices, and items marked “Custom quote” are priced after we understand your requirements.
• Before any work starts, we confirm the scope, estimated timeline and price with you in a confirmed quote. You decide whether to proceed, and there is no obligation after our discussion.
• Payment terms, including any deposit, are set out in your confirmed quote.
• Prices are in Australian dollars. How GST applies is shown on your confirmed quote.

Revisions

A revision round is one consolidated set of reasonable changes submitted after reviewing the website. Each package includes the number of revision rounds shown for it. Additional revision work may be quoted separately. Packages do not include unlimited revisions.

Additional work

If you ask for work outside your confirmed scope, we will tell you before doing it and, where it costs extra, quote it separately for your approval.

Timelines

Timelines are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. They start once we have all the information and content we need. Delays in receiving content, feedback or approvals can move the timeline.

Your content and information

Send us your business details, logo and available content and we'll turn it into a professional online presence. We tidy up and format your content as part of the package. Full professional copywriting can be quoted separately. You are responsible for making sure the information, logos, images and other content you give us are accurate and that you have the right to use them.

Third-party costs and external services

Domain names, paid plugins, third-party software, external APIs and other provider fees are excluded unless specifically included in your confirmed quote.

Websites and apps often rely on external services such as hosting, domain registrars, payment gateways, booking tools, app stores and email providers. Those services are provided under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing changes or policies.

Care plans and ongoing services

Care plans and SEO services are optional recurring services. Their inclusions, billing period and how to cancel are confirmed before they start. Care plans cover small, reasonable changes. They do not include unlimited development; larger work is quoted separately.

SEO results depend on many factors outside anyone’s control. We never guarantee specific rankings, including a #1 position on Google.

Cancelling a project

You can decide not to proceed at any time before a confirmed quote is accepted, at no cost. If a project is cancelled after work has started, any charges for work already completed are handled as set out in your confirmed quote.

Intellectual property

Unless your confirmed quote says otherwise, once the project is paid for you can use the website or deliverables we created for your business. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code, templates and know-how, and third-party components (such as fonts, plugins, libraries and stock assets) remain subject to their own licences.

The content of this website, including text and design, belongs to Gyandatabit unless stated otherwise. Product names, logos and trademarks of other companies belong to their respective owners.

Products, stores and links

Our apps are distributed through third-party stores such as Google Play, and using them is also subject to those stores’ terms. This website links to external websites that we do not operate and are not responsible for.

Amazon references

Designed to support authorised Amazon seller integrations where applicable.

Amazon-related integrations require appropriate authorisation and API access.

Amazon and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners. References to Amazon describe integration capabilities only and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship or partnership.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where our liability can lawfully be limited, it is limited to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.

Website availability

We work to keep this website available and accurate, but we can’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Subject to the section above, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the website itself.
